Delivery

Local deliveries may take up to 7 working days to deliver, free of charge.  

EU deliveries may take up to 7 working days to deliver, DHL shipping charges apply.

International deliveries may take up to 14 working days to deliver, DHL shipping charges apply.

 

*Please note that shipping duration may be further prolonged due to COVID-19 conditions and regulations.

 

Fixed shipping rates and express delivery prices are stipulated within check out.

In the case of a lost parcel, please contact info@relevantartists.co.uk for further help and instructions. Relevant Artists. is not to be held liable for lost parcels. Issues must be resolved between the customer and DHL.

 

Returns

If you require the same product in the same colour or size we can provide an exchange, upon return. 

If you require a return we can provide a refund or credit voucher.

 

*Please note that all returned items must be unworn and returned with their original labels intact. If an item is not in its original condition, an exchange or refund cannot be made. 

 

Refunds are made in the original form of payment, excluding the initial delivery cost. 

Refunds may take 3-7 working days to process.

 

For a return, simply complete the steps below within 14 days of receiving your parcel:

 

1. Contact us through our website and let us know that you require a return. 

 

2. Wait to receive an email back from us containing an Order Summary Form.

 

3. Fill in this Order Summary by inserting the reason code/s for the product/s which you are returning.

  • Looks different to images on site (1)
  • Faulty (28 days) (2)
  • Does not fit (3)
  • Incorrect item received (4)
  • Parcel damaged on arrival (5)                                                              

 

4. Repackage the item/s you are returning with this Order Summary in your compostable polymer bag. Cut out the address provided on the bottom right-hand corner of this page and place it onto the outside of your parcel. 

 

5. Post your parcel back to us to the provided address.

 

6. Contact us through our website to inform us whether you require an exchange or refund/credit voucher and attach your proof of postage details (i.e. date of postage, postage service used, expected arrival date and any tracking information).

 

7. Once we receive the returned item/s we will send you an email confirmation and your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-7 working days.

 

*Please have in mind that returns can take up to 14 working days to arrive back to us (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Discount (codes) and Coupon codes are not applicable to sale items.

Discount (codes) and Coupon codes cannot be combined.

 

Cancellations 

If you would like to cancel your order you may do so within 12 hours after purchase by sending us a message.
